Placing an order

Once you place your order and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order within 24 hours.

The confirmation e-mail contains details of your order and order number.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and an external link to track your order.

For delivery of your order, you will receive an e-mail from our shipping partner with delivery information. 

Changing an order
