RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our customers have 14 days within receipt of their order to initiate a return. If you decide to return your order, please contact us with your order number at info@adamandg.com

If you wish to exchange the item, please return the item and make a new purchase.

With your order you will receive a returns form and a pre-paid returns label.

Please fill out the form and pack the order in the original packaging.

Attach the return label and arrange a pick-up with our shipping partner, or drop it off at a service point.

Once your order arrives at the warehouse and the return is processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

The prerequisite for your return to be processed successfully is highlighted below:

  • All items should be in original condition.
  • All items should be unworn.
  • The return of your items should be within 14 days from receipt of the order.
  • All items should be properly packed in their original packaging. Shoe boxes and dust bags are part of original packaging.
  • Your items should be shipped with the returns form.
  • Your items should be shipped with the pre-paid returns label and with the same delivery service.

Items that do not comply with the highlighted prerequisites will not create the conditions for a refund.

How long does it take to process a refund

At receipt of your package to the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refund method

Your refund will be made to the same method payment the order was made. Please allow an additional 10 working days for your refund to appear on your account. This is due to differing processing times with banks.

Late refund

If you have not received a refund within 10 working days of confirmation of your return, please contact info@adamandg.com
