Shipping costs
Shipping is complimentary on all orders within the European Union.
Please note that all shipments from ADAM & G require a signature upon receipt.

Duties and taxes
There are no further costs incurred after you pay for your order. All VAT within the European Union are covered.
Changing your shipping address
Please contact info@adamandg.com within 1 hour of making your order to change your shipping address.
Tracking my order
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and an external link to track your order.
You will receive an email directly from our shipping partner with your delivery information. If you choose to have the package delivered to a neighbour or another option, our shipping partner and ADAM & G will not be liable for any damages or loss when the order is delivered.
If you are unavailable to be at your shipping destination, you will receive information from our shipping partner in regards to a service point where you can pick up your package.
If you miss the time window to pick up your package from our shipping partners service point your package will be returned to a local depot.
Shipping delays
Your order should arrive by seven days depending on the shipping destination once it has been processed by ADAM & G.
Delivery times are estimates and on occasion external factors may cause delays on delivery of your order. If your order is not delivered during the estimated delivery time, please contact info@adamandg.com so that our customer service team can assist you.
